www.constcourt.tj

) is being held today.

The website was created within the framework of the project, Improvement of Constitutional Justice in Tajikistan, which has been implemented by the Tajik Branch of Open Society Institute/Assistance Foundation (OSI/AF-Tajikistan) jointly with the Constitutional Court of Tajikistan.

According to the OSI/AF-Tajikistan, the main objective of creation of the website is in promoting implementation of a program of judicial reforms in the country through improving people’s access to information and constitutional justice in Tajikistan.

The website will contain information about the history of development of the institution of constitutional control in Tajikistan, structure and membership of the Constitutional Court, the constitutional procedure legislation, etc.
