DUSHANBE, December 20, 2011, Asia-Plus — Two persons were killed and at least two others were seriously injured on December 19 as a minivan overturned in the Roshtqala district, Gorno Badakhshan, the Interior Ministry traffic police directorate said.
“O.N., 27, probably failed to control his Chanhu (eight-seat Chinese minivan) and it overturned in the area between the villages of Sumjev and Khidorjev,” said the source. “As a result of the accident, two passengers of the minivan were killed, while the driver and one more passenger sustained serious injuries and were taken to the Roshtqala central district hospital.”
