DUSHANBE, January 9, 2012, Asia-Plus  — Zafar Saidov, Senior Adviser to the President for Foreign Policy, has written one more book about Tajikistan’s foreign policy.

The book entitled “The Vectors of Foreign Policy of Tajikistan in the Context of the Global Crucial Point” was published by the Dushanbe printing house, Kontrast (Contrast).

This book is about the most topical issues of Tajikistan’s foreign policy at the modern stage and it is intended for the general public.

Born in 1961, Zafar Saidov received his early education in Dushanbe before graduating in 1983 from Tajik National University, the Faculty of History.  Zafar Saidov has scientific degree of the Candidate of Sciences in Philosophy.

From November 15, 1995 to December 2003, he was a spokesman for the President of Tajikistan.  From December 15, 2003 to February 2008, Zafar Saidov served as director of the national new agency, Khovar.  From February 5, 2008 up to now, he is Senior Adviser to the President for Foreign Policy.
