DUSHANBE, December 4, 2008, Asia-Plus — President Emomali Rahmon, who is currently on his state visit to Ukraine, today is holding talks with his Ukrainian counterpart, President Viktor Yushchenko.
At first, the two leaders will hold one-to-one talks and after this, they will hold an extended-format meeting with participation of members of the government delegations of the two countries.
According to the Tajik MFA information department, President Yushchenko will bestow the Grade 1 “Prince Yaroslav the Wise” Order on Emomali Rahmon, and Tajik leader, for his part, will bestow the “Ismoili Somoni” Order on his Ukrainian counterpart.
