According to information from the Tajik Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES), the main purpose of the visit is for the Russian delegation to attend events dedicated to mark the anniversary of the establishment of the MES “Tsentrospas” (rescue team).  

The events to mark the anniversary of the establishment of the MES central rescue team are set for January 25 and supposed to be attended by senior representatives from the Tajik Government,
