DUSHANBE, March 28, Asia-Plus – A training for officers from the Sughd police directorate’s authorizing system as well as employees with private companies dealing with production of seals and stamps was launched in Khujand today.  

The seminar staged by the PRAGMA Corporation is aimed at acquainting its participants with regulations of a new Instruction “On Procedure of Opening Stamp-Engraving Enterprises (Workshops), Production, Registration, Keeping and Destruction of Seals and Stamps” endorsed by the Tajik interior ministry’s order of February 28 2006.

“With financial support of the USAID 150 copies of the Instruction have been published for all officers from the Interior Ministry’s authorizing system across the republic,” the source said, noting that adopt of the Instruction is dedicated to promote increase in a number of foreign economic operations carried out by individual entrepreneurs that will lead to strengthening of entrepreneurship institution and development of economy in Tajikistan.
