Silk Road

” will be held in


China


on June 7-8.   

According to information from


Tajikistan


’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), senior representatives from governments of


China


,


Kazakhstan


,


Kyrgyzstan


,


Tajikistan


and


Uzbekistan


as well as representatives from the investment development sphere and international and local investors will gather in the Chinese city of


Ksian


for this forum.  

The forum is aimed at discussion of specific measures to drum up investments in the

Silk Road

region.   

Participants in the forum also will discuss issues related to obstacles on the way of attraction of investments and hold bilateral and multilateral talks on sideline of the forum, according to the CCI source.   

The main objective of this conference is in making its participants better informed of regional investment potentials of the

Silk Road

countries and setting potential investment projects and seeking measures to remove obstacles on the way of investment in these countries.
