in turn.   Mr. Yodgori says introduction of electricity rationing in the capital city has resulted from decline in the water level in the reservoir of the Norak hydroelectric power station. 

“The necessary level of water in the Norak reservoir is 857 meters, while at present the water level in the reservoir is 566.88 meters,” said the Energy Ministry spokesman, “Therefore we have to resort to the measures rationing electricity supplies again.”
