on April 26.  

According to him, the antimonopoly commission will regulate the company’s activity.  “Before to determine any new tariff or make changes to the present tariff “Babilon Mobile” should coordinate this issue with the antimonopoly agency,” Amirov said, adding that the dominating subject is determined after analysis of customs, tax and other economic data.  

According to him, “Babilon Mobile” occupies some 35 percent of the mobile communication market in

.  Last year, number of subscribers to the company increased considerably, Amirov noted.  

“Before lowering or raising tariffs experts from the antimonopoly commission will study all circumstances and causes of such decision,” said the antimonopoly commission head, “The company may lower tariffs, for example, for winning other operator’s clients in order to gain more profit, which is inadmissible by the country’s antimonopoly legislation.” 

According to Amirov, besides “Babilon Mobile”, the companies such as “TK-Mobile” and “TT-Mobile” (Mobile Lines of Tajikistan) have also been included to the list of operators dominating on the market of electric communication services in
