kilometers of the highway from Dushanbe to Tursunzoda, according to information from Tajik traffic police administration.  

The source says driver of a car “UAZ-469” Najmiddin Yahyoyev violated traffic regulations and went into oncoming traffic and collided with a car “Nexia”. As a result of the accident, both drivers and six passengers received various wounds and were taken to the central district hospital in Tursunzoda.  

All in all, 577 traffic accidents have been reported in

since the beginning o the year.  156 people have been killed and 656 others have been injured in those accidents, according to the source.
