First Deputy IRPT Chairman, Muhiddin Kabiri, has told Asia-Plus that at the very last moment, because of unmotivated refusal the holding of the conference was taken from the district administration’s building to the

“The district administration really had a good chance to mark a day of Unity in the atmosphere of accord and mutual understanding but they have not use it,” said Mr. Kabiri, “Recently, the IRPT held the same constituent conference in the Hamadoni district, and the district chairman not only provided the administration conference chamber for holding the meeting but also attended it by himself.” 

Telling the constituent conference in the Qushbuloq village, Muhiddin Kabiri called on those present not to stimulate an interest in that action of local authorities.  

In the meantime, first 30 members of the Danghara organization of the IRPT elected a 74-year-old teacher at school No. 26 in the

, Azizullo Kamolov, chairman of the IRPT organization in Danghara.  Aslam Safarov was elected the head of the inspection commission.  

Mr. Bojidar Dimitrov, the head of the OSCE field office in Kulob, attended the conference as observer.
