Kulob organization of PER joins Kulob Public Council

KULOB, June 26, Asia-Plus — On Friday June 23, the Public Council of the city of



Kulob


held the first meeting after its restoration in new format.  

The meeting complied with request of the Kulob organization of Tajikistan’s Party of Economic Reforms (PER) for joining the Kulob Public Council.  

Kulob Mayor Abdujabbor Zardiyev, heads of the Kulob city organizations of the Communist Party (Sharif Safarov), the Islamic Revival Party (M. Nabiyev) as well as senior representatives from local non-government organizations (NGOs) telling the meeting dwelled on current tasks facing the Kulob Public Council and preparations for the celebrations to mark the 2700

anniversary of the establishment of the city of Kulob and 15

anniversary of Tajikistan’s Independence.
