are working out a draft agreement “On Avoiding Dual Taxation and Prevention of Evading Payment of Income Taxes.” 

Fayzali Safarov, an aide to the finance minister, has told Asia-Plus that according to the preliminary negotiations between MFAs of Tajikistan and Thailand, a working group of Thai experts led Mr. Satit Roungkasiri, deputy director general of the incomes department of the Thai Finance Ministry, arrived in Tajikistan on July 24 to hold talks with the Tajik working group led Safarali Saidshoyev, Deputy Finance Minister.   

According to the source, the working groups have to coordinate their plans of actions and work out the draft agreement before July 28 and submit it for consideration of the Tajik government.
