DUSHANBE, August 15, Asia-Plus – A tactical exercise for servicemen of Tajik firefighting services will be held at the Opera and ballet Theatre named after Sadriddin Ayni in Dushanbe today evening.  

Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor, has told Asia-Plus that following request of the chief of Tajikistan’s firefighting service Dushanbe Mayor, Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev passed a resolution permitting the firefighters to conduct a tactical exercise in the building of the Opera and Ballet Theatre.   

At the same time, the fire brigade is responsible for maintaining order, discipline and sanitary-hygienic state in the facility and the territory adjacent to it.   

“Relevant structures are tasked to provide safety of passengers and pedestrians during the exercise,” Shavkat Saidov concluded.
