KHUAJND, January 15, Asia-Plus — Resident of the northern district of Bobojonghafurov Gholib Yusupov has been detained on suspicion of having committed murder in the northern city of Chkalovsk.
A source at the Sughd police department said that preliminary investigation established that that at the end of last week, Yusupov stabbed to death a 28-year-old resident of Khujand Farida Omonova.
Gholib Yusupov pleaded guilty; an investigation is under way.
