DUSHANBE, April 11, Asia-Plus  — Visiting France’s Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner is currently holding talks with Tajik President Emomali Rahmon and then he will hold talks with his Tajik counterpart Hamrokhon Zarifi.  

After that, he will attend a regional conference of French ambassadors to the CSI states that opened in Dushanbe yesterday, according to the French Embassy in Dushanbe.   

Today afternoon, Mr. Kouchner is also scheduled to visit the Karine Mann Center in Dushanbe and take part in an opening ceremony of new French Embassy here.
