DUSHANBE, April 16, Asia-Plus  — The government yesterday passed a resolution endorsing the charter and the structure of management of open joint-stock company (OJSC) Roghun HPS (hydroelectric power station), presidential press service said.   

By government’s resolution the Roghun HPS statutory fund is set at 116 million somonis.   

The State Committee for Investment and Management of State-owned Property, the Ministry of Energy and Industries, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Agency for Construction and Architecture and Open Joint-Stock Holding Company Barqi Tojik are within three months to determine the volume of works done at the site for Roghun HPS  with regard for cost of available equipment and submit to the government for approval and inclusion into the company’s statutory fund.   

In accordance with the country’s legislation in force, OJSC Roghun HPS should pass registration, according to presidential press service.
