DUSHANBE, May 26, Asia-Plus /Mavjouda Hasanova/ — Outgoing Kazakh Ambassador to Tajikistan, Mr. Yerlan Abildayev, conferred here last Friday with Foreign Minister Hamrokhon Zarifi at the end of his tenure to Tajikistan, according to the MFA information department.
During the meeting, Mr. Zarifi expressed gratitude to the Kazakh envoy for contribution had made to strengthening and further expansion bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Kazakhstan. The two also considered issues related to the results of President Rahmon’s visit to Astana.
We will recall that Mr. Yerlan Abildayev was appointed Kazakhstan’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Tajikistan in January 2004.
