DUSHANBE, November 10, 2008, Asia-Plus  — A seminar formally titled “Joint Development of All-round Strategy of Health Sector in Tajikistan” will be held in Dushanbe on November 11, Asia-Plus has learned at press service of the Ministry of Health (MoH).  

The seminar is aiming to consider issues related to support and obligations of development partners as well as attraction of resources for further discussion and identification of practical steps that should be taken by a MoH and development partners.

Organized by the MoH under technical support of the World Health Organization (WHO) Regional Office for Europe and the Unit for Implementation of the Community and Basic Health Project, the event is expected to bring together representatives of the ministries of health and finance as well as resident representatives of international financial institutions and organizations working in the health sector, the press service said.
