DUSHANBE, November 12, 2008, Asia-Plus  — Outgoing Russian Ambassador to Tajikistan, Mr. Ramazan Abdulatipov, conferred here Wednesday with President Emomali Rahmon at the end of his tenure to the Republic of Tajikistan. 

During the meeting, President Rahmon bestowed Tajik Order Dousti (Friendship) on Ambassador Abdulatipov for his significant contribution to strengthening of friendship and cooperation between the Russian Federation and Tajikistan.
