Massive re-evaluation of buildings prices that are owned by natural persons started in Uzbekistan.

Last time such re-evaluation was held in Uzbekistan in 1998. For 10 years that passed the price of real estate grew both on primary and secondary businesses, income of population also increased, but the ratable basis does not correspond with the level of economics.

Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance, State Tax Committee, State Committee on Land Resources, State Committee on Statistics assigned territory services on land development before February 1 present all necessary data to State Tax Service bodies.
