KULOB, January 23, 2009, Asia-Plus — Almost 90% of prepared for the 2009 of cotton seeds in Kulob region lower that limit of allowable quality, the Habibullo Kuliev, key specialist of state seed inspection in Khatlon’s Kulob region. He explained that such seeds specialist call “conditional crops”.

reproduction, then the farms use those “conditional crops”, as long as to be cropped”, he said. He associate with that problem fail of cotton growers for the last years.
