KHUJAND, January 23, “Asia-Plus” – During reception of a bribe was detained the expert in forensic medicine Spitamen district.

As have informed “Asia-Plus” at the centre of the information public prosecutor”s office of Sughd region, on January 20 the 28-year”s resident of Spitamen district Maksud Pulotov has addressed to a department of internal security of MoHA of the RT on Spitamen district with the application.

“In the application he has informed, that the expert in forensic medicine of Spitament district, 34-year”s Ihtiyor Fozilov has required from him the money sum at total of $1000 of USA in exchange for distribution of the positive medical conclusion connected to criminal case of his brother, Maruf Pulatov, – have informed in public prosecutor”s office. – January 21 by the employees public prosecutor”s office of region and department of internal security of region, in a course of realization investigation and search operations, during reception of a bribe at a sum of $800 of USA I.Fozilov was detained”.

Concerning him public prosecutor”s office of Spitamen district the criminal case under clause 319 parts 2 (Reception of a bribe by the official) CC of Republic of Tajikistan is exited, the consequence proceeds”, – has noted a source in the regional public prosecutor”s office.
