The first exhibition of Turkmen carpets will be held in Moscow from 23 to 25 March. The exhibition is timed to Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov”s state visit to the Russian Federation and the Turkmen-Russian Business Forum scheduled for these dates.

Organizations of the textile industry of Turkmenistan will demonstrate their products in pavilion N 3 of the Central Exhibition Complex “Expo Center” on Krasnaya Presnya. Separate sections will feature specimen of the decorative-applied art, jewelries as well as famous Turkmen carpets.

The exhibition will be open to potential partners of Turkmenistan as well as all residents and guests of Moscow who will have a chance to get to know the national culture and traditional crafts of the Turkmen people, the official website of Turkmenistan”s embassy in the Russian Federation reports.
