DUSHANBE, June 30, Asia-Plus  — On the sidelines of the G-8 ministerial level meeting on Afghanistan that was held in Trieste, Italy on June 26-27, Tajik Foreign Minister Hamrokhon Zarifi held talks with President of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Haruhiko Kuroda, according to the MFA information department.

In the course of the talks, the two discussed state and prospects of further expansion of cooperation between Tajikistan and the ADB.

Zarifi also briefed Kuroda on projects for construction of hydropower facilities in Tajikistan and invited the ADB to participate in implementation of those projects.
