DUSHANBE, October 8, 2009, Asia-Plus  — A mass physical fighting involving some 50 high school students took place in Dushanbe’s neighborhood 102 on October 6, according to the Ministry of Interior (MoI).

“Some 20-25 students from high school #82 came to school #89 in neighborhood 102 to slug it out with local students,” said the source at a MoI, “The physical fight involving some 50 high school students began at the stadium of school # 89.  Fortunately, police officers came in time and stopped the fight.”

According to him, two teenagers incurred slight injuries in the fight.
