Kazakh Emergency Situations Ministry baned the usage of pyrotechnics in buildings and boosts the control over public events.
Kazakh Minister of Emergency Situation Vladimir Bozhko said that the Ministry will ban the usage of pyrotechnics in buildings and harden the responsibility for violation of rules of fire safety in public places.
The order concerning the ban was sent to regions. The Ministry will organize the stand-by duty of fire men during the time of public events.
