DUSHANBE, December 25, 2009, Asia-Plus — Chancellor of Panjakent (Sughd province) Teachers’ Training Institute, Muazzam Ansorov, has been admitted to the Club of Rectors of Europe, according to the Ministry of Education (MoE).
The source at a MoE said that Ansorov had been admitted to the Club for his contributions in the area of teaching profession and science. “The certificate was handed over to Ansorov in Vienna last week,” he said.
The Club of the Rectors of Europe is a non-governmental and noncommercial public organization integrating the rectors” higher educational establishments, other figures of educational system both European, and other countries. The founders of the Club are the rectors, other figures in the sphere of a high education of European countries.
The CRE includes the educational, scientific and welfare purposes: affiliation and coordination of activity of high schools of European countries on perfecting educational-methodical, research, cultural and educational activity; conditioning for improvement of the quality and dilating of services of a higher school on the basis of an introduction of modern technological achievements and methods in perfecting higher education; realization of matched measures in the market of educational services, creation of competitive conditions in their activity, protection of corporate concerns of members of the Club; widespread occurrence of positive experience of leading European high schools in business of dilating of European integration of high education, creation of a favorable climate in implementation of the main ideas of the Bologna Convention; opening-up, retraining and improvement of professional skill of the faculty of high schools, effective utilization of advanced designs, tendencies and know-how in perfecting a higher education; coordination of activity on social support of students, assistance in organization of students” scientific conferences, Olympiads, educational and other events on scientific, professional and creative development; and represents high schools, members of the Club of the Rectors of Europe, in state power, court and other institutions and organizations.
