Kazakhstan will completely provide home market with mineral oil by 2014. The head of state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, informed, delivering his annual Address.

“Powerful gas and chemical complex, factories for manufacture of mineral fertilizers, a number of large-scale projects of heating electric stations, in particular Balkhash station, the block of the Ekibastuz State District Power Station-2 will be commissioned within five years. We will reconstruct all three oil refining factories by 2014 to be able to completely provide our internal demand with mineral oil,” N. Nazarbayev underlined.

He reminded that the government by his assignment has developed the government program of forced industrially-innovative development of the country.
