DUSHANBE, February 19, 2010, Asia-Plus  — Representative office of Russia’s Federal Migration Service (FMS) is giving a news conference in Dushanbe today at 3:00 pm.

According to the Russian Embassy in Dushanbe, the press briefing is dedicated to issues related to changes and addenda made to the Russian migration legislation.

Konstantin Poltorarin, deputy head of the FMS directorate for international and public relations, will be the main speaker to introduce amendments made to the Russian migration legislation, the source said.
