DUSHANBE, August 10, 2010, Asia-Plus / – Law enforcement agency of Tajikistan have seized the objects belonging to Fayzullo Bobohonov, the son of ex-general prosecutor of the Republic of Tajikistan and the ex-prosecutor of Gissar, suspected of reception of a bribe and excess of office authority. «AP» has informed about it in Agency of state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan.
According to sources, F.Bobohonov has got in the property two houses in Dushanbe, and has begun building of two more houses in Gissar and Kurgan-Tube, and also has bought two ground areas, 10 hundred square metres each, in Rudaki district and a garden site in Gissar district. «Arrested all the property. Besides, the list of the confiscated property includes three expensive motor vehicles – two “Lexus” and “Toyota-Camry”, – have noted in anticorruption department.
As he said – F.Bobohonov is now in a prison, the consequence on the given case proceeds. Meanwhile, the day before in radio “Ozodi” in the interview the ex-general prosecutor of RT Bobodzhon Bobohonov has noticed that feels not very well and receives medical treatment now.
We would remind you that, in July of this year F.Bobohonov has been detained in Dushanbe by law enforcement agency on suspicion in reception of a bribe and excess of office authority. On the given case the first had been detained the investigative officer of Prosecutor of Gissar district who was suspected of reception of a bribe at a rate of $20 thousand. In conformity with his testimony, the received sum he divided with his chief F.Bobokhonov – the son of the ex-general prosecutor. How much it correspond to the facts, now checks a consequence. According to some information, the son of the ex-general prosecutor in 1999 has received “the red” diploma of the lawyer, and in 2005 by the order of his father has been appointed to a post of the public prosecutor of Gissar district. F.Bobohonov has been ousted in the spring of 2010, after a while his father was on pension – B.Bobohonov.
