DUSHANBE, August 27, 2010, Asia-Plus — Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev has signed a decree on opening of a specialized primary school for blind and partially sighted children in Dushanbe this year.
Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor’s office, says the school will be opened this school year on the basis of primary classes at Dushanbe’s School # 56.
Besides, a national lyceum for talented children will open in Dushanbe this year. The lyceum was established on the basis of private gymnasium, Sarparast, the spokesman said.
