DUSHANBE, January 13, 2012, Asia-Plus  — President Emomali Rahmon introduced a number of staff changes on January 13.

Sharif Sharifov was appointed acting mayor of the city of Roghun, replacing Ismatullo Zaydov, who was appointed acting chairman of the Shahrinav district.

Rahmatullo Poulod was relieved of his post of chairman of the Shahrinav district in connection with transfer to other job.

Akram Sulaymonov, who had previously been deputy minister of energy and industries, was named acting chairman of the Jomi district, replacing Umedkhouja Zohir.

Umedkhouja Zohir was appointed acting chairman of the Jirgatol district, replacing Aslonbek Abdurahmonov.

Aslonbek Abdurahmonov was relieved of his post of chairman of the Jirgatol district in connection with transfer to other job.
