We will recall that the swimming complex, built by China’s corporation, Xuan Yuan Group (XY-Group), was officially opened in Khujand in September 2011.

The complex director Osim Okhounov says the swimming complex, consisting of three swimming pools, now operates all the year round and anyone may visit it.

Daily fee for children under the age of 12 is set at 10.00 somoni and adults will have to pay 20.00 somoni.  Besides, the monthly swimming-pool membership card costs 140 somoni and the annual swimming-pool membership card costs 1,040 somoni.

Skilled instructors reportedly work with the swimming complex and a three-month course for adults costs 390 somoni and a three-month course for children costs 208 somoni.

A total cost of the project is more than 45 million somoni and XY-Group built it in a year.
