DUSHANBE, March 4, 2013, Asia-Plus  — Tajik girls are participating in the AFC (Asian Football Confederation) U-14 Girls Regional Championship fro South and Central Asia in Colombo, the capital city of Sri Lanka, Tajikistan Football Federation’s official website reports.

This six-nation competition, which is used to be an educational festival, will take place in Colombo from March 5 to March 10.

Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Iran and Tajikistan are the participating countries in the South and Central championship.

The under-14 team of Tajikistan is coached by Sulaymon Bobokalonov (head coach), Ildar Rahmanov (senior coach) and Tojiddin Nabotov (coach).  Ms. Zarina Egamberdiyeva is the administrator of the team and Ms. Khosiyat Mulloyeva is the team physician.

Meanwhile, AFC’s website reports that eleven women’s referees have taken a five-day preparatory course before the championship.
