Two representatives of Tajikistan will observe the 2013 parliamentary elections in Turkmenistan that will take place on December 15, according to the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda (CCER) of Tajikistan.

A source at the CCER says Khursandmurod Mirzoyev, a senior advisor to the president for policy of law and Jamshed Jamshedv, a member of the CCER will observe the 2013 parliamentary elections in Turkmenistan.     

Parliamentary elections will be held in Turkmenistan on December 15, 2013.  The Democratic Party of Turkmenistan is the dominant party in the country.  The new law on political parties was adopted in January 2012.  Afterwards, the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan was established in August 2012.
