Over a hundred specialists have left the system of the National Bank of Tajikistan since the beginning of the year due to various reasons, according to the National Bank press-service.

The National Bank reports that most of the specialists have left due to their own will. Others have been fired “in the frame of the legislation to combat chronism, regionalism, and other unacceptable manifestations.”

The press-service notes that others left their jobs due to being appointed to other senior positions.

The message says: “A number of specialists left for retirement, as they reached the retirement age.”

The National Bank also notes other reasons, which lead to the drain of specialists from the banking system, such as change of residence and work location, change of profession, as well as going to higher positions in other economic sectors of the country, etc.
