Today, with the participation of Emomali Rahmon, in the capital were commissioned nine residential complexes built for the sum of 239 million somoni. The total area of new housing is 43 thousand square meters, shopping centers and service centers – 12 thousand square meters.

As reports the press service of the head of Tajikistan, one of the high-rise residential complexes put into operation in Shohmansur metropolitan area.

On the construction of this complex, which contains a kindergarten, shopping center, underground parking and other modern infrastructure, were spent over 70 million somoni.

This house, located at the capital’s Aini Street, is with a total capacity of 174 families.

The construction of this complex started in 2013. The project of construction of this complex has been designed by Closed Joint-Stock Company "Sanoatcohtmon", and the project customer was LLC “Mega group construction”.

In General, today with the participation of the President were also commissioned preschool institution for 280 children and educational institutions for 1.2 thousand places.
