A deluxe clubhouse has opened at “Diar Dushanbe” residential unit in the Tajik capital.

An official ceremony of opening of the “Reload” clubhouse at “Diar Dushanbe” took place on October 6.  The ceremony was attended by Olympic champion Dilshod Nazarov, residents of the “Diar Dushanbe” complex as well as representatives of a number of embassies and international organizations active in Tajikistan.

According to the “Diar Dushanbe,” development project, "Reload” clubhouse is an exclusive addition to all the other unique features of the development and is one of its major sports and entertainment venues, where "Diar Dushanbe" tenants can relax after a busy working day – play with friends in billiard or table tennis, watch the key sport events on a big screen and in a cozy atmosphere, or exercise in a modern, fully equipped gym on a up-to-date sport equipment.

The clubhouse also has a separate, state-of-the-art fitness and aerobics room.  As for the young residents and computer game fans, there is an opportunity to spend their leisure time and enjoy playing their favorite games in the PlayStation area.  Thus, each member of the family, regardless of age but living in “Diar Dushanbe”, will be able to find something interesting to spend their free time with pleasure and joy.

The “Diar Dushanbe” development project is the first investment made in Central Asia by Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company.  It stretches across 68 thousand square meters, encompassing all the essential elements of residential luxury and modernity.  The development provides sports and leisure facilities, a shopping center, ample green spaces, landscaped gardens, and a waterfront promenade with views of the Hisor Canal overlooking Lake Kuli Javonon.

The development provides all-inclusive services with unique characteristics such as earthquake resistance, an advanced firefighting system, fire resistant doors, windows and walls, a security system, an innovative waste collection and filtration system, a day care center, retail outlets, and Tajikistan’s first indoor ice skating rink.

“Diar Dushanbe” is the first mixed-use development to be built in Tajikistan to include numerous luxury residences, commercial buildings with retail and office space, a five-star hotel, and a first-class shopping mall designed according to top international standards.  Diar Dushanbe received a five-star award in May 2013 for being the top mixed-use development project from Asia Pacific Property Awards.

Qatari Diar and the Tajik government signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in August 2011 paving the way for project initiation by appointing an international firm to undertake Phase 1 of construction.  Five local vendors were appointed to commence site planning, earthworks, utilities replacement, site fencing and construction.
