Three residents of Dushanbe were detained on August 16 by police officers on suspicion of hooliganism and stabbing.

According to the press secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Umarjoni Emomali in the evening on August 14 in the Ismoili Somoni area near the Baby Shop store (opposite Barki Tojik), three young men, students of one of the universities in Dushanbe, beat a resident of Dushanbe. At the same time they inflicted several stab wounds on him, after which all three disappeared from the scene of the crime.

The victim was hospitalized.

On the eve, on suspicion of committing this crime, all three were detained, each of the suspects 20 years old.

A criminal case has been instituted against the detainees, an investigation is being conducted, Umarjoni Emomali said.
