Rahmon shakes up regional administrators and judges

President Emomali Rahmon has introduced a number of staff changes shaking up regional administrators and judges.  

By president’s decree Bilol Ibrohim, who had previously served as mayor of the city of Roghun, was appointed chairman of Dushanbe’s Shohmansour district replacing Nizom Hakimzoda.  

Muzaffar Sulaimonzoda was appointed mayor of the city of Roghun.

Muqim Murodzoda was appointed chairman of the Ayni district (Sughd province) replacing Nematullo Rahmatullozoda.  

Sulaimon Ziyozoda was appointed chairman of the Devashtich district, Sughd province. 

By president’s decrees Davlatmand Rahimzoda was relieve of his post of judge at the Khatlon regional court and Bakhtiyor Saidzoda was relieved of his post of judge at the Balkhi district (Khatlon province).

By government’s decree Ms. Sharifa Khudobakhsh, who had previously served as deputy chairperson of the Industrial and Mining Safety Service, was appointed Deputy Minister of Energy and Water Resources.  

By president’s decree Yusuf Majidi, formerly head of the Strategic Planning and Reforms Department under the President’s Executive Office, appointed Deputy Minister of Finance.
