The youth national team of Tajikistan (U-16) with a victory started at the international tournament for the Cup of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Nur-Sultan.

In their debut match, the wards of Akhliddin Turdiev defeated the youth team of Armenia (U-17) with a score of 2:1. Sunatullo Azizov and Mujovid Shovaisuddinov scored goals, the official website of the Football Federation of Tajikistan reports.
