The employees of the tourist police department of the Ecology Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan on August 18 found a black wallet belonging to American citizen. Inside the wallet were money, a driver’s license and bank cards.

" The wallet was delivered to American citizen through the US Embassy in Dushanbe", the press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan reports.

Where and how US citizen lost his wallet, and also how the police managed to find him – are not reported.

Meanwhile, the leadership of the US embassy sent a letter of thanks to the head of the Tajik Ministry of Internal Affairs, in which he noted the high work and professionalism of the tourist police department.

" The American citizen himself also personally called the tourist police department to thank police lieutenant Umedjon Saidov for the wallet he found ", – the press center reports.
