President Emomali Rahmon yesterday visited Hisor to get acquainted with the socioeconomic situation in the area, according to the Tajik president’s official website.

In the village of Hayoti Nav, the head of stated visited the household plot of Talabsho Davlatov family. 

Doctor Talabsho Davlatov and his family use their household plot of 0.1 hectare to grow beans and vegetables. 

Emomali Rahmon reportedly examined their food storage warehouse.  

The head of state donated home appliances to Talabsho Davlatov family for rational use of the household plot. 

In Hisor, Emomali Rahmon also got acquainted with activities of a number of farming units and visited an exhibition of agricultural goods, the Tajik president’s website.  

During his working trip to Hisor, the head of state also inaugurated an enterprise producing asbestos tubes and roofing slates, glass fiber and iron profiles.     

The enterprise was launched by local entrepreneur Fozil Badiyev with the attraction of foreign investments.
