Entry of regional passenger transport into Dushanbe from some regions of the country will be restricted beginning on January 1, 2021, according to the Dushanbe Administration.

By Dushanbe mayor’s decree restriction will be imposed on entry of vehicles carrying passengers from Rasht Valley district, Khatlon province, Roudaki and Faizobod districts as well as Roghun and Vahdat cities in Dushanbe beginning January 1.  

By this decree the vehicles coming from Rasht Valley districts, Kulob, Roudaki and Faizobod districts as well as Roghun and Vahdat cities reportedly must drop off their passenger at the “Sharq Trans” terminal near the Dushanbe Eastern Gate.

From there, passengers may go to Dushanbe by city’s public transport: share taxi minivan # 18 and buses ## 4, 7, and 43.   

Passengers coming to Dushanbe from Roudaki district and Khatlon province will be dropped off at the “Tajvneshtrans” terminal near the Dushanbe Southern Gate.  From there, they may go to Dushanbe by share taxi minivans ## 3, 5A, 33, 42, 56, 81 and 88 as well as buses ## 1, 2, and 43.
