India has provided technical assistance to the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of Tajikistan (CSS).
As part of India-Tajikistan bilateral cooperation and capacity building program, Ambassador of India to Tajikistan Mr. Viraj Singh today handed over technical equipment to Mr. Khurshed Ziyoi, Director of the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of Republic of Tajikistan (CSS) at a ceremony held at CSS.
According to the Embassy of India in Dushanbe, the assistance that includes high-performance computers and computer servers aims to augment/enhance the technical infrastructure of CSS and its research and analysis capacity.
India and Tajikistan think tanks have long history of cooperation. Many officials and researches from CSR have trained under Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) program.
