More than 29 kg of drugs were withdrawn from the illegal turnover.

Employees of the Agency for Drug Control under the President of Tajikistan during a special operation in the city of Bokhtar, Khatlon region, while selling a large batch of Afghan hashish, detained a 21-year-old resident of the Balkhi district, Nusrattullo Akobirov.

The detainee was confiscated 29 kg 560 gr. hashish, reports the press center of the anti-drug department of the republic.

During the first interrogation, the detainee confessed that he had acquired drugs on the territory of the Jaihun region from an Afghan citizen and brought them to the city of Bokhtar for further sale.

Akobirov was detained during a meeting with a potential buyer of a batch of hashish.
