President Emomali Rahmon, who is also Head of the Government, has introduced a number of staff changes, according to the Tajik president’s official website site.   

Ms. Mavlouda Qalandarzoda was recalled from her post of Chairperson of the High Economic Court of Tajikistan.

Mr. Komil Faizali was recalled from his post of First Deputy Chairperson of the High Economic Court of Tajikistan.  

Mr. Rustam Mirzozoda was relieved of his post of Chairman of the Khatlon Regional Court. 

Mr. Abdurahmon Yoqubzoda was recalled from his post of Chairman of the Bokhtar City Court. 

Mr. Shamsiddin Ibrohimzoda was relieved of his post of Chairman of the Yovon District Court.

Mr. Azizbek Khairddinzoda was relieved of his post of Chairman of the Khatlon Economic Court.

Mr. Jonfido Odinazoda was relieved of his post of Judge at the Khatlon Economic Court.  

Mr. Inoyatullo Ghulomzoda was relieved of his post of Chairman of the Kuhistoni Mastchoh District Court. 

Mr. Daler Kholiqmurodzoda was relieved of from his post of Deputy Chairman of the Dushanbe City Court.

Mr. Temur Hafizzoda was relieved of his post of Judge at the Dushanbe City Court.  

Mr. Ulughbek Shuhratzoda was relieved of his post of Judge at the Dushanbe City Court.  

Mr. Khurshed Mahmadzoda was relieved of his post of Deputy Chairman of Court in Dushanbe’ Sino District. 

Ms. Zarrina Solehzoda was relieved of her post of First Deputy Chairperson of the Roudaki District Court in connection with the transfer to another job.

It is to be noted that under Article 69 of the Constitution of Tajikistan, the President submits to the Majlisi Milli (Tajikistan’s upper chamber of parliament) candidacies for election and recall of chairmen, deputy chairmen, and judges of the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court, and High Economic Court and appoints and relieves judges of military courts, the court of the Gorno Badakhshan Autonomous Region, regional, City of Dushanbe, city and districts courts.

Mr. Mahmadali Qurbonzoda was relieved of his post of Rector of the Tajik State University of Commerce in connection with transfer to another job. 

Mr. Boimurod Sharifzoda was relieved of his post of Director of the Institute of the Tajik Language and Literature at the National Academy of Sciences in connection with transfer to another job. 

Mr. Khairullo Nazarzoda was appointed Rector of the Tajik State University of Commerce.

Ms. Farangis Sharifzoda was appointed Director of the Institute of the Tajik Language and Literature at the National Academy of Sciences.  

Ms. Zamira Rustamzoda was appointed Principal of the Presidential School for Talented Children in Buston City, Sughd Province.
