In Tajikistan, the party was declared banned back in 2015. It is also included in the register of terrorist organizations of the regional anti-terrorist structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the CSTO.

According to the court decision, the import of any materials related to the activities of the IRPT is also prohibited in the country.
