Dushanbe will implement a program of electronic acceptance of appeals and applications from citizens, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic reports.

The source noted that after submitting applications to the internal affairs bodies, Dushanbe residents will be able to observe the process of their consideration.

"At the moment, technical work is underway, and in the near future the program will begin to operate in the capital. Citizens will be able to write both administrative and criminal complaints", – noted in the department.
